Please provide a traceroute, this server is accepting SSH connections without an issue.

now i can access my vps via ssh, but i lost all of my data,
Hard Disk Space: 0.49gb
Ram : 15mb
i lost all of my data..my data, my config, lost anything, now my vps only with centos linux instalastion..
please help me...my vps used to store all of my client data and my website..
why my vps was reseted like a new vps?? and my data lost? thanks..

Unfortunately unless you have created backups, there is nothing we can do to assist you with data recovery.

at night everything normal ... but this morning i can access my server, I never access the control panel. after my VPS is inaccessible and I log into your control panel and I see my VPS like fresh instalation.(OS Reloaded)

Bandwidth: 0.00gb
please help, are you reload my OS?

We are not reloading your OS.
This may have been related to the issue was had earlier, but as I noted, unless you have a backup there is nothing further we can do to restore the data.

I have been backing up several times and is currently in control panel there is a backup that is used, but when I click restore backup, no files that can be restored ..

All recovery procedures have been exhausted. Unfortunately, our engineers were unable to retrieve data from your Vserver. At this point, our hope is that you can rely on any backups you were able to make via the VePortal backup interface or other means. If you have trouble restoring VePortal backups, please open a support ticket. Though we cannot guarantee full (or even partial) data restoration, we will work to the limit of our abilities.
